Meeting Rules

During meetings the folowing rules will apply so that the leader and the council can keep order

• When you have a question you can simply say Q. When you have a comment you can simply say C. other wise you are not allowed to talk. if everyone decides to talk just a few times and we have a lot of members at the meeting then the leader and the council cannot keep the peace and hear everyone.

Meeting regulations

Meetings are to be attended when the leader E-Mails you and says that their will be one and that it is mandatory. If the leader doesen't E-Mail you telling you that we don't have one or that it isen't mandatory then you are not required to show up at the meeting. Otherwise if you miss more than 2 meetings you will be personaly warned by BloowCrown. when you have missed you consecutive third meeting then you will be removed from the clan, unless you are excused.

You can be excused from a metting by E-Mailing me at least a day before the meeting is scheduled and telling me your excuse.
